Minerva bottles spirits and non-alcoholic alternatives on a contract basis – from recipe to production to the shipment-ready pallet. One plant, one point of contact.
Clear spirits, herbal, fruit and cream liqueurs, imported spirits such as whisk(e)y and tequila – including NOM and brand registration in Mexico, as a matter of course. We cover the full spectrum.
0.0% aperitifs, non-alcoholic spirit alternatives and functional beverage concepts – the fastest-growing segment in the industry. IFS Food certified for this category too – still rare in this segment.
Miniatures from 0.02 L, standard sizes 0.1 / 0.2 / 0.35 / 0.5 / 0.7 / 1.0 L – shaped bottles, finishing, canisters, IBC and Bag-in-Box (BiB), custom bottle shapes on request.
Production within the regulated framework: we know excise tax law and documentation requirements inside out, so you don’t have to.
IFS Food certified since 2003 – since the standard was introduced. Plus HACCP-compliant processes, documented self-monitoring and seamless batch traceability from goods receipt to pallet.
We produce for brands whose names you know – without you knowing it. On request, we work under NDA from day one.
Anyone building a spirits brand or a non-alcoholic alternative rarely fails because of the product – it’s production, law and logistics that get in the way.
Your own plant, tanks and staff tie up capital before you’ve sold a single bottle. At Minerva, it’s already there: around 1,500 items in our portfolio, 11 filling lines, 2.3 million litres of tank capacity for bulk goods, and a standing inventory of around 4,000 pallets of finished goods.
Recipe developer, bottler, packager – every handover costs time, money and quality. And in the end, no one is responsible.
Excise duty, bonded warehouses, labelling obligations: the regulatory framework for spirits is tight – mistakes get expensive.
Large bottlers want large batches. If you first want to test whether your brand works, you need a partner who takes small batches seriously too.
Three stages, one point of responsibility. You decide where we come in: with a finished product straight onto the line, or right at the start with the recipe.
From product idea to a production-ready recipe – convincing in taste and safe in its labelling.
Production and bottling on modern lines – from small batches to large runs, documented and traceable.
Your product leaves the Goch plant ready for sale – labelled, packaged and palletised for retail, hospitality or e-commerce.
With Minerva, we found a partner who understands our vision and shares our passion for exceptional products. Together, we’ve created recipes that combine the highest quality with genuine enjoyment. The collaboration has always been trusting, inspiring, and of the highest calibre.
Our collaboration has for years been marked by absolute reliability, deep expertise and an exceptional standard of quality. Together we have already successfully completed more than 30 projects, alcoholic and non-alcoholic alike – a versatile and innovative partner we recommend without reservation.
We bottle everything from small batches for market testing to large runs for retail listings. The exact minimum quantity depends on the product, container and finishing – get in touch and we’ll give you an honest assessment within 48 hours.
Yes. Non-alcoholic aperitif and spirit alternatives are a firm part of our range – from recipe development through to bottling. The requirements for taste and shelf life differ from classic spirits, and that’s exactly the experience we bring. We’re IFS Food certified for this category too – still the exception in the non-alcoholic segment.
It depends: recipes we develop for you on a paid basis remain 100% your property and are handed over to you with all ingredients and technical data. On request, we set this out contractually and under NDA from the start. If you draw on proven recipes from our standard repertoire, we remain the owner of the recipe.
Yes. You can supply your complete packaging materials or use our procurement. We check delivered containers in advance for line compatibility, so there are no surprises during bottling.
Spirits are subject to alcohol tax and may only be produced and moved within a regulated framework. We produce within that framework and handle the related documentation – you focus on brand and sales.
With a finished recipe and packaging materials already on hand, it can move fast – often within a few weeks. With new development, sampling and sourcing packaging materials, plan realistically for several months. We’ll give you a concrete timeline after your initial enquiry.
Just a few details are enough. You’ll receive an honest initial assessment within 48 hours – no obligation, fully confidential.
